Orosanye Cries Out: They Want To Silence Me.

Former Head of Service of the Federation, Steven Orosanye, who was interrogated by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC)  in relation with ongoing investigation in alleged multi billion naira pension scam said,yesterday, that some people are out to silence him because of some of the reforms he initiated while in service. In a statement issued in Abuja, the former HoS said the plot to silence him was hatched in Kaduna in June. He traced his travail to the letter he wrote December 10, 2009, expressing concerns about pension administration for retired public servants. That letter to former National Security Adviser (NSA) to late President Yar'Adua, Maj. Gen. Abdullahi Mukhtar, was the precursor to eventual reforms in the Civil Service payment system and the exposure of monumental corruption in the pension administration of the service.

Wearing a bright yellow Charlie by Mattew Zink bikini that showed off her tattoo, RIRI posed seductively for the camera as she worked plenty of accessories. While Rihanna may look completely relaxed, It's been quite the busy summer for the "American Oxygen" crooner. Just few weeks ago , the 27-year-old beauty  announced her fifth fragrance appropriately titled "RIRI." She also has a hot summer romance with soccer star Karim Benzema.

The family of one Benson Orode, 26, an indigene of Edo State, is at war with the police following the mysterious death of their son, David, in custody. The deceased was arrested on May 21, 2015 by policemen who claimed to be from Lagos and,ever since then, nothing was heard about David until few days ago. The policemen, who arrested him, alleged that David bought a stolen vehicle. However, the bad news broke, last week, when it was learnt the body of David was deposited at a mortuary in Benin-City. This is coming four months after a 26-years-old worker of Protea Hotel Sapele road Benin City, Chibuike Edeh, died in the custody of the police. The police has yet unable to fish out the killers.

At least  seven people were killed by bomb  in Gamboru market , Maiduguri on Friday morning, a rescue worker said. A hospital source said a dozen people were  brought in with injury as well as five bodies so far.
