Four police officers have been killed in South Africa in three days, raising concern over growing risk to police officers amid rampant crimes. The four police officer, three from Gauteng Province and one from Western cape were brutally killed in the line of duty. The latest killing took place in Johannesburg on Friday morning when unidentified gunmen shot two on-duty police officers, the South Africa Police Service said. One of the two officers who were shot and wounded has died in the hospital, the SAPS said. Several suspect have been arrested in connection with the killing. On Wednesday, a police officer as stabbed to death in Cape Town after stopping to change a flat tyre. A day letter, another police was shot dead in a shoot-out with a group of robbers in Pretoria.
